This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, and related information.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately.
- Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
- Custom or personalized items: 5–10 business days (depending on design and gemstone availability)
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time & Methods
We deliver across Sri Lanka and offer international shipping on selected items.
Within Sri Lanka:
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Courier partners: Reliable national carriers such as Domex, Pronto, or PickMe Delivery
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- International carriers: DHL, FedEx, or other trusted logistics providers
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
- Within Sri Lanka: Flat rate of Rs. 500 per order
- Free shipping for orders above Rs. 20,000
- International orders: Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
All shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.

5. Packaging & Handling
Each jewelry piece is packed with great care to ensure it remains safe and secure during transit.
Our packaging includes:
- A protective jewelry box
- Quality assurance seal
- Invoice and authenticity certificate (where applicable)
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Sri Lanka, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.
If your package is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will contact the courier and work toward a prompt resolution.
