However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• The item has not been worn, altered, or used.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and receipts included.

Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during delivery.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product or a product of equal value if the item is defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Items purchased on sale or under special promotions
• Gift cards

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please notify us immediately.
We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
